Photos of Yourself That You Love

How would you answer the following question. HONESTLY!

I have photos of myself that I love!

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, what would your answer be?

If you’re like the majority of women in today’s society, I’m willing to bet you would give me the answer of a 2 or 3. You might struggle to love yourself never mind having pictures of yourself that you love!

Cue the happy music as you entertain the idea of how a boudoir shoot and photos can completely change how you see and feel about yourself and give you a tangible reminder of exactly how smokin’ hot you are.

You’re going to hear from 5 of my clients and how they decided to change the narrative of loving themselves more with boudoir photos.

“I am absolutely head over heels in love thinking about today’s shoot, and dreaming of the products I picked out.” ~ Jayne

“I know it’s intimidating to get these photos done, but Karen’s process is designed to make you feel empowered and beautiful.” ~ Kate

“After gaining a few pounds the past year I have not felt nearly as positive about my body as I once did. Karen and her hair/makeup artist, Sara, made me feel so beautiful, confident, and elegant for my boudoir shoot.” ~ Taylor

“I just viewed my album and can’t believe that it’s me! This was an amazing experience and would recommend Karen and her team to everyone!” ~ Kim

“In the beginning I was hesitant because let’s face it who is not insecure about their body? I recommend her to everyone if you ever want beautiful pictures that will last a lifetime.” ~ Darilyn

Here’s the thing, while having confidence might come more naturally to some than others, it’s important to recognize that confidence is not a built-in trait but rather a changing emotional state. Like other emotions, it comes and goes. In short, confidence is a learned habit and skill set that can be developed.

Here’s more good news – even individuals who perceive themselves as highly confident have moments of self-doubt. What sets them apart is their ability to overcome these negative thoughts and not allow their mind to stay stuck in the negative. They understand that such thoughts are merely thoughts and not facts.

So if other women do it, so can you! If you’d like to show yourself a little more love AND have pictures of yourself that you love, reach out to me. I’m over here cheering you on.

I love how elegantly you encourage women to treat themselves to a little self-love. I’m sure that, for many, boudoir photos can feel scary, but these testimonials prove otherwise. Gorgeous!
